Insurance & Billing
RGA Physicians are providers for most major insurances and Medicare. Contact your insurance provider or call our office for more information. We will automatically file your primary and secondary insurance for our service. You will be asked to verify your current insurance information with the receptionist at each visit.
Please remember that although we file your insurance, you may be responsible for the balance of your account. You may make arrangements with our patient account representatives for monthly payments if you are unable to pay the balance within 90 days.
Medicare
We accept Medicare assignment. You will be required to pay the remaining 20 percent of Medicare’s approved amount either by supplementary insurance or personal payment.
PPO and HMO
If we see a participating provider, all copays are due at the time you register at the reception area.
Medical Assistance
Patients who are qualified for medical assistance and/or welfare should notify the scheduler at the time of making an appointment. You must have a primary care doctor referral and present your current eligibility on the day of your appointment.
No Surprises Act
When you get emergency care or get treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you are protected from surprise billing or balance billing. For more information please see this disclosure about your
